After Hours On-Call Schedule

- Form submissions are only monitored on the FHO After Hours dates listed above
- After hours appointments should be for urgent matters only
- Requests will only be accepted for a 3 hour window, 5pm-8pm on weeknights and and at the above specified times on weekends
- For virtual on-call, our doctor will call you at any time during the after hours window, for in clinic on-call you can walk in anytime during the 3 hour window
- The after hours service is reserved for family practice patients
- If it is an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest Hospital's Emergency Dept.
